Every Monday MRC sends out a gentle reminder email to our email list, and within that there are "Actionables." These sessions will help you find your why, invite your personal inner circle, and activate loving support of the gentle reminder! 

Upon registration you will receive the Zoom link, and the four gentle reminders we will specifically be working with.
