Every Monday MRC sends out a gentle reminder email to our email list, and within that there are "Actionables." ThIs session will help you find your why, invite your personal inner circle, and activate loving support of the gentle reminder! 

Upon registration you will receive the Zoom link, and the two gentle reminders we will specifically be working with.
