You have an Equity Lens, now what? There are times in the course of the day that I clearly see how my Equity Lens is being used to help guide my response, boundaries, next steps, etc. There are also times that I feel I could utilize my Equity Lens and just don’t know how to activate it in that particular situation and wish there were people I could work through this with. In this 4 month process you will walk away with actionable items unique to you and your Equity Lens to help you Build the New, regulate your nervous system, build a community based in the ideas of power with, and many other anti-racist, unoppressive ways.
